ESAB Corporation has acquired Ohio Medical, a global leader in oxygen regulators and central gas systems, headquartered in Gurnee, Illinois. This acquisition expands the medical gas control product and service offerings of the company, increasing the offerings available through both Ohio Medical and GCE.
