Field Safety Notice for the product MediEject II

GCE has initiated the voluntary Field Safety Notice for the product MediEject II concerning an indicated vacuum accuracy. The product provides the intended function but may have slightly increased suction force than indicated. 

All immediately and permanent actions are implemented as preventative.
